How a live table works
For those less familiar with live casino, it helps to understand the whole process step by step. Knowing each step makes it much easier to sit down and play.
Live Video Stream
The table is broadcast live from a professional studio using multiple HD cameras. Anyone with an internet connection can watch it on any device.
Betting Window
At the start of each round, a set amount of time is given to place bets. You select chips and place bets at the bottom of the screen; once time is up, no more bets are accepted.
The Dealer's Role
A trained dealer handles the cards or ball. At many tables you can chat with the dealer via text chat, though this is entirely optional.
Results and Payouts
At the end of each round, results are calculated automatically. Winnings are added to your account instantly and the history of previous rounds stays on screen.
How to choose the right table
When you enter the MG Live lobby, you can see previews of many tables at once. The current betting limits are shown next to each table name, making it easy to see which table fits your budget.
If you want to start with a small budget, choose a low-limit table. As you gain experience, you can move to high-limit tables. Before playing a game variant for the first time, it is worth reading that table's rules once — clicking the info icon on each table will show the rules.
Baccarat and Dragon Tiger require less decision-making pressure, so they are a convenient starting point for new players. Blackjack requires decisions within a set time, so knowing basic strategy helps. More detailed guidance alongside live tables is available at the pk lock Casino section.
Speed variants are for those who want faster rounds — the betting window is shorter here. Standard tables have a little more time, so you can place bets more carefully.
How to play smoothly on mobile data
Many players in Bangladesh play live casino using mobile data. Keeping a few things in mind can greatly reduce problems with video buffering or dropped connections.
- Use a Wi-Fi connection if available — while playing on 4G/5G data is possible, a stable Wi-Fi keeps the video stream smooth.
- Keep other tabs closed in your mobile browser. Having many tabs open at once splits your data and can reduce stream quality.
- Battery drains quickly during a live stream, so for long sessions plug your phone in to charge or use a power bank.
- The table looks better in landscape (horizontal) mode. The betting grid, chips and video feed all fit properly on screen.
- If your connection drops suddenly, refresh the page. If you disconnect during a round, that round's result is processed automatically and you can see it when you return.
- If a video quality setting is available, choose a medium level — the difference is not very noticeable, but it reduces data usage.
Using pk lock's Android and iOS app gives a more optimised experience on mobile — available through the official channel. For a good mobile experience with slot games as well, check out the pk lock Slots section.
Transparency and fairness in live casino
The biggest advantage of live casino is that everything happens right in front of you. No computer algorithm — the dealer's cards, the roulette wheel and the dice results are all visible live.
Multi-Camera View
With cameras at multiple angles, every card deal or ball drop is clearly visible. Nothing is hidden.
Round History
The result of every round is stored as a log. You can check details of previous rounds at any time.
Trained Dealers
Microgaming's dealers are professionally trained. Every round is run following a set procedure.
Secure Connection
All data on the pk lock site is protected with SSL encryption. Payment and account information is fully secure.
Playing responsibly is another important part of this transparency. It is important to set your own limits before placing bets and to treat playing as entertainment. Read pk lock's responsible gaming guidelines to learn more.
