1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the pk lock platform and all related services. By accessing the pk lock website, creating an account, or using any service, you are legally agreeing to these Terms.

These Terms form a binding agreement. Registering as a member or starting to use the platform means you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are asked not to use the platform.

pk lock reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect from the date they are published on the website, and continued use thereafter constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

1.1 Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by relevant international regulations and established policies relating to digital services. In the event of any dispute, both parties will attempt to resolve it through mutual discussion.

1.2 Language and Interpretation

These Terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any ambiguity, pk lock's interpretation shall be considered final.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To register on the pk lock platform and use its services, members must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• The applicant must be at least 21 years of age. Creating or using an account by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited.
• Each individual may register only one account. Creating more than one account by the same person is considered a breach of these Terms.
• All information provided at registration — name, mobile number, email, and identity document details — must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Registering with false or misleading information may result in the account being cancelled and any funds held being forfeited.
• The platform may not be used from any country or jurisdiction where online gaming and betting is prohibited.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

pk lock reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. A national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document may be requested for verification. If verification is not completed within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

2.2 Account Ownership

Each account is personal — allowing another person to use it, or transferring or selling it, is prohibited. Deposits and withdrawals must be made using the payment method registered to the account.

3 Account Security

Keeping your pk lock account secure is entirely your responsibility. Keep your password and login details safe and do not share them with anyone.

• Use a strong password made up of a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact pk lock support immediately.
• pk lock is not liable for any account loss caused by a third party.

If suspicious activity is detected, pk lock may temporarily lock the account without notice and ask the member to re-verify their identity.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

The policies governing financial transactions on pk lock are set out below:

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).
• Account verification must be completed before a deposit can be processed.
• The source of deposits must be legitimate — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• The wagering requirements for any related bonus must be met before a withdrawal can be requested.
• Withdrawals will be on hold until identity verification is completed.

4.3 Fraud Prevention

In cases of financial fraud or suspicious transactions, pk lock reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until an investigation is concluded. If fraudulent activity is proven, the account's entire balance may be forfeited.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

pk lock offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has specific terms that must be followed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus — giving a total of ৳2,500 in the account — and to withdraw the bonus, wagering of ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 must be completed.

• The wagering requirement on the bonus is 10 times the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Each member is eligible for the welcome bonus once only.
• Bets placed with bonus funds must be completed before the bonus expires.

5.2 VIP Weekly Cashback

pk lock VIP members receive cashback on weekly net losses. The cashback rate is set according to VIP level: up to 0.2% for Bronze, up to 0.4% for Silver, up to 0.6% for Gold, up to 0.8% for Platinum. Example: a Gold-level member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Abusing the bonus system — such as using multiple accounts or bet hedging strategies — will be treated as a breach of these Terms. In such cases, pk lock reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the account.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to both casino games and sports betting on pk lock:

6.1 General Rules

• Winnings resulting from a technical error may be considered void.
• In the event of a dispute over a game result, pk lock's server records are the final authority.
• No bet or game can be started when the balance is zero.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

6.2 Sports Betting

• In live or in-play betting, pk lock reserves the right to void any bet placed after the relevant event has concluded.
• If a match result is suspended or uncertain, a decision will be made on the relevant bet in accordance with the applicable rules.
• If odds are displayed incorrectly and a bet is placed on those odds, pk lock may adjust or void that bet.

6.3 Game Provider Terms

pk lock features games from third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution, JILI, Spribe). These games are also governed by the respective provider's own rules.

7 Prohibited Activities

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the pk lock platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in immediate account cancellation and legal action:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false identity or another person's identity.
• Playing or betting using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities or bugs in the game or betting system.
• Fraud, deception, or manipulation against other members or the platform.
• Using the platform to launder money from illegal sources.
• Operating coordinated betting groups or syndicates.
• Attempting unauthorised access to pk lock's systems.

8 Data Protection and Privacy

10.1 Closure at Member's Own Request

10.2 Closure for Terms Violation

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, the balance may be held while an investigation is ongoing. Once the investigation is complete, any legitimate funds will be returned if there is no legal liability.

11 Limitation of Liability

pk lock accepts no liability for the following:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical errors.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized third-party access to an account.
• Missed opportunities due to temporary unavailability of the platform.
• Losses resulting from software errors by third-party game providers.
• Any event outside pk lock's control (force majeure).

12 Amendments and Enforceability

12.2 Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between pk lock and the member. Any prior oral or written agreements are replaced by these terms.
